Déjeuner en blanc Sunday, June 8, 2025

This Sunday, June 8, was a memorable one, thanks to the 80 people who turned out for this third luncheon, held in the color white, the color traditionally associated with the habit of Cistercian monks.
An aperitif of elderflower kir was served under the linden trees, followed by lunch in the former monks’ refectory, where the 80 guests enjoyed a lunch of white colors and flavors.
The meal was enlivened by a troupe of young musicians, the Holy Mooses: Marguerite, Victor, Elsa, Melvin, Joseph and Felipe made the centuries-old vaults resound with their voices and instruments: piano, guitar, flute and percussion. Songs evoking the theme of the white man, and well-known tunes such as Charles Aznavour ‘s ” Emmenez-moi “, were taken up by all present.
A date has been set for the 2026 edition.
