We’d like to develop a concept around gastronomy in Reigny, and if this theme appeals to you, we’d like you to join us over the weekend to test the feasibility of this project, determine the costs and define the budget.
Saturday, November 22, 2025
10h00: jam-making workshop with Béatrice pear and red berries. Each participant takes home a jar of jam.
12:30 pm: Lunch in the abbey’s bread oven with epoisses pie and caramelized apple compote.
2:30 pm: Burgundian dinner workshop with Louis-Marie gougères, oeufs meurette, ham with Chablis, pear with wine and blackcurrant, followed by a tasting.
(To be confirmed: Each participant leaves with his or her own apron and recipe book).

10:00 am: Discover the Chablis market
11h00: Oeno-gastronomic tasting private tasting at La Chablisienne of 5 wines (one Petit Chablis, one Chablis, two Premiers Crus, one Grand Cru) around a board of Burgundian charcuterie and local cheeses with a member of La Chablisienne.
Discover all the levels of the Chablis appellation with a Chablis Premier Cru from each bank.
Sensory tour with fun and educational workshop. 3D videos.

50 € / participant without on-site accommodation
